Please have the following information ready when you call us:
- Appointment dates you prefer (this should be at least 4 days before your interview date)
- Full name and date of birth of all applicants requiring a medical exam
- Case (LND) number
- Police certificate (unless you have already sent original to the Embassy)
- Interview date (if already scheduled)
- Contact phone number or email
- You will be charged £90 if you cancel your appointment withinin 3 days of the appointment date
Please note that all US Immigrant Visa examinations will be carried out at our (West End) branch at 4 Bentinck Mansions unless advised to the contrary. NON Immigrant medicals may be at either branch. |
