Appointments are available at both Knightsbridge and West End branches.
All medicals are now processed electronically (eHealth) except that Visa subclasses 457, 856 and 857 continue to have the option of 'paper'medicals which will be couriered to Australia. ALL other applicants must give a TRN, HAP ID or HRI reference number at the time of booking. We can then check that eHealth will accept your details. Please also read the 'Information for clients' advice sheet.
Please also have the following information ready when you call us:
- Your preferred appointment dates
- The names and date of birth of all applicants requiring a visa medical
- The ages of any children
- Your credit card details
Ladies are advised not to book their appointment during their menstrual period because this may affect the required urine test.
Your credit card details are required at the time of booking, as we operate a cancellation policy, whereby we reserve the right to charge £50 per person if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled visa medical appointment.
